We Tried the NEW Eats at Tiana’s Palace!
It is February, and in addition to the 70th Anniversary, Disneyland is ready to Celebrate Soulfully during Black History Month.

We recently stopped by Tiana’s Palace, which already has a pretty amazing menu, to try some of the new bites!
Festive Flavors
New Orleans Square is sizzling with flavor thanks to two new limited‑time dishes at Tiana’s Palace.
First up is the Sweet Heat Beignet Chicken Sandwich. This is a bold twist on comfort food featuring fried chicken dunked in buffalo sauce, then tucked between two fluffy beignets.
It is served with creamy slaw, creating a tangy‑sweet combo that actually works beautifully.
Choose a side of collard greens, mac ‘n’ cheese, coleslaw, or rice for $15.29! This is a hearty plate perfect for dinner or a mid‑day park break.
To “Celebrate Soulfully,” Tiana’s Palace is also serving the French Quarter Fried Chicken Bowl.
This dish features crispy fried chicken with a spicy honey glaze, paired with baked mac ‘n’ cheese and collard greens for $17.99.
The chicken is perfectly tender with a mild, sweet heat, and the mac and cheese is extra indulgent with an ooey-gooey layer of melted cheese on top.
The collard greens bring a rich, savory flavor that rounds out the bowl.
While you are enjoying these new bites, you can enjoy the sounds of the Jambalaya Jazz Band.
This vibrant entertainment brings the bayou vibes to life with live music every hour right in front of the restaurant.
