We already love the delicious treats available at this gothic-themed bakehouse, and this month brings a whole new wave of sweets that do not disappoint.

Get ready for a limited menu at Gideon’s Bakehouse with bold flavors and a Valentine-inspired twist.
First up is the Sentimental Strawberry Cookie with a strawberry dough using housemade strawberry puree, then filled with dark chocolate and finished with strawberry-infused sugar.

The Eternal Flame Cookie also returns every weekend in February.
Indulge in a rich chocolate cookie with ancho, cayenne, and cinnamon spices. Fans love the cherry essence, and each cookie is topped with chocolate-covered cherries.

Cake lovers can also enjoy the Eternal Flame Cake Slice featuring three chocolate layers, red cherry buttercream, and a chocolate fudge buttercream mixed with Eternal Flame spice.
