Come With Us to Say One Last Goodbye to DinoLand, U.S.A. 🦕
Today is a sad day, as it’s the final day to say goodbye to DinoLand, U.S.A. in Disney’s Animal Kingdom!

DinoLand, U.S.A.
In case you missed it, DinoLand is closing to make way for Disney’s new Tropical Americas land, which will be centered around Encanto and Indiana Jones. As a result, today is the last day to check out DinoLand staples such as Restaurantosaurus and DINOSAUR. Let’s get into it!

Goodbye, DinoLand!
First, we had to visit Restaurantosaurus. At closing time, Cast Members “walked like a dinosaur” one last time!

Fans of Restaurantosaurus need not be worried — Harambe Market will feature fan-favorite menu items.

For most guests, the heartbreak of the evening is the closure of DINOSAUR. Farewell, Dr. Grant Seeker!
DINOSAUR is expected to be re-themed as Indiana Jones, not dissimiliar from its Disneyland counterpart.

DINOSAUR
For most of today, DINOSAUR featured wait times as high as 200 minutes!
Around 7PM, an hour before Animal Kingdom was scheduled to close, the wait time was 80 minutes.

The line for DINOSAUR grew as the 8PM deadline closed in.

Nearby, a group of Dr. Grant Seeker fans gathered. (In case you don’t know, Dr. Grant Seeker is the scientist who leads the DINOSAUR expedition!)

So many people were eager to be the last to ride DINOSAUR.

The line closed around 8PM, with Cast Members estimating that it would be around a two-hour wait.
The end of the line started not far from the entrance to Restaurantosaurus. 😳

We’re sad to see DINOSAUR go, but we’re also excited for the future!
