Freeze Warning Hits Walt Disney World With Near-Freezing Morning Temps
Central Florida is once again waking up to cold temps and another freeze warning! Guests heading to Walt Disney World this morning are waking up to more rare cold conditions across Central Florida.

Temperatures dropped to the low 30s overnight, triggering a Freeze Warning through 9 a.m., and though the skies are sunny and clear, light winds and the cold start can impact your day.

Early park plans, outdoor dining, and transportation– wear your layers! While highs will reach the mid-60s later today, the morning chill is a reminder to dress in layers and plan ahead before your visit.
Cold weather advisories are in effect for much of Central Florida, and freeze warnings remain active through 9 a.m.

The cold continues over the next week into the weekend, though we do experience plenty of sun. Brace yourself for an extremely cold weekend, as temperatures are expected to drop into the low 20s this Saturday and Sunday.

Guests should pack multiple layers and warmer apparel this week, especially for rope drop, nighttime fireworks, and transportation waits.
Resort pools and water parks may close, and early-morning park experiences will feel colder than expected. Typhoon Lagoon will reopen on Friday before closing again this weekend!
