PHOTOS: Cinderella Castle’s Repainting Is Officially Underway!
Cinderella Castle is in the middle of a magical transformation!
The heart of Magic Kingdom is being repainted, taking inspiration from the castle’s original look. Cinderella Castle’s updated paint will include grays, creams, blues, and touches of gold.
While we knew the repainting was on the horizon and had been prepped for the project with Disney’s warnings of operational and vision impacts, we were still shocked to finally see new paint on the castle!

Paint is officially being applied to Cinderella Castle!

Now, we don’t know if this is just the coat of primer or the official paint, but we’re still excited to finally see this project take off!
Around the castle, a creamy-grayish hue has started covering the previous pink paint.

Most projects occur behind walls and/or tarp, so we love this rare look into the transformation of a Disney landmark!
