Disney California Adventure (DCA) is celebrating the occasion with its annual Lunar New Year festival, which has officially kicked off around the park! To celebrate the Year of the Horse and pay tribute to Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean traditions, guests can dive into the festival’s cuisine, activities, entertainment, and merchandise.
And all this festive fun has worked up quite the appetite–let’s head to a festival marketplace to try a new item!

For $9.50, you get a bowl of Korean translucent noodles, mushrooms, peppers, green onions, carrots, sesame seeds, and kalbi short rib.

This is an amazing, savory stir-fried dish–great for a colder day in the park!
The short rib was marinated beautifully, packing the dish with extra flavor.
