Reopening DATE & More Announced for Napa Rose at Disneyland Resort
When you think of Disneyland Resort, you probably first think of iconic rides like Space Mountain or staple experiences such as meeting Mickey Mouse. But the food is also one of the major things that draws people to the resort!

The food at Disneyland is a huge part of the overall experience — you can even indulge in fine dining. And, we just found out about when a popular fine dining restaurant is reopening at Disneyland Resort!
Napa Rose Reopening Date
Napa Rose will reopen on February 6th, 2026, at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa!
The restaurant will debut a reimagined dining experience that Disney says will celebrate and build upon Napa Rose’s 25-year legacy of elegant wine country cuisine paired with global influences.

You will be able to book reservations on the websites for both Disneyland and Napa Rose starting January 27th, 2026, no earlier than 9AM PST.

Dining Experiences & Atmosphere
Bar & Lounge
If you’re looking to just drop in for a craft cocktail or some luxurious small bites, check out the bar and lounge at Napa Rose! The newly renovated area will have cozy, intimate seating areas, a new bar, and a warm new fireplace to offer up a relaxing atmosphere while you sip and snack.

The bar and lounge will also have alfresco dining available on a newly renovated outdoor patio!
Reservations are not required to dine in this part of the restaurant — walk-ins are welcome and subject to availability.

Main Dining Room & Outdoor Terrace
The main dining room at Napa Rose will have a seasonal prix fixe menu. You will have the option to add custom wine pairings to the multi-course meal.
There will also be an enhanced children’s menu for kids 9 and younger.

As for where you dine, you will have the option to dine indoors, surrounded by the restaurant’s 1,500-label wine collection, or outdoors on the expanded terrace! The terrace really gives you that ambiance and setting similar to California wine country.
Advance reservations are highly recommended for this part of the restaurant! You can book them up to 60 days in advance.
Chef’s Counter & Private Dining Room
You can also check out the Chef’s Counter at Napa Rose! This area will offer up to 18 guests the opportunity to sit and dine in direct view of the exhibition kitchen, where the chefs are preparing food.

Reservations are highly recommended and, for the first time, will be able to be made online on Napa Rose’s website.
For an even more private and intimate experience, you can book the newly renovated private dining room at Napa Rose. It’s available for up to 16 guests, and you can contact the restaurant directly for booking.
Menu Sneak Peek: Refined Classics Meet Culinary Innovation
The culinary director of signature dining, Chef Andrew Sutton, worked alongside Napa Rose Executive Chef Clint Chin to develop the new culinary offerings at the restaurant! It will highlight seasonal produce while paying homage to California wine country cuisine and infusing international ingredients, textures, and flavors.

For the delicious desserts at Napa Rose, you can thank Executive Pastry Chef Jorge Sotelo and Pastry Chef Nubia Renteria, who each bring more than 25 years of experience creating confectionery masterpieces at Disneyland Resort.

The bar and lounge will have things like Beef Tartare topped with Osetra caviar, Bone Marrow Custard, or Laughing Tiger, which is a reimagining of the fan-favorite Smiling Tiger Salad.

In the main dining room, you can get dishes like the American Wagyu N.Y. served medium rare with a grape fennel mustardo, an elegant dish of Oak Roasted Forest Mushrooms, or a Sorpresine Pasta served with Dungeness crab and Santa Barbara uni butter.

For something sweet, get ready for the Nantes Carrot Cake Cremeux or the Elevated and Reminiscent Valrhona Chocolate Bar.
