We’re Trying Colorful Sushi at Goshiki for the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts!
We’re in EPCOT today for the first day of the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts! This festival has some very exciting food, entertainment, merchandise, and more, all inspired by works of art and being creative.

Speaking of food, let’s go over to one of the most popular booths at the festival and try some eats!
Goshiki
Goshiki is located at the front of the Japan pavilion in the World Showcase.

Menu
Let’s check out the menu. Most of the items on the menu are listed as new this year, but many have been at this booth in previous years, or they’re very similar versions of previous dishes.

Food & Drinks
We decided to grab the new Tokyo Kawaii Roll for $9.75. This is crispy shrimp tempura wrapped in multicolor sushi rice and topped with refreshing yellow yuzu sauce and tangy plum sauce.

This sushi was just okay — it wasn’t really anything special, it’s just a basic shrimp tempura roll.

The yuzu and tangy plum sauces were good, but we wish it would’ve actually been on the sushi instead of on the side because there wasn’t enough of it.
It is a very cute and colorful dish for the festival, though!

You can also get the Taiyaki for $7.75. This is a crisp, flaky fish-shaped chocolate-flavored pastry filled with custard and served with whipped topping.

Another new item available is the Wagyu Bun for $10.75. This is a steamed bun filled with sweet-and-savory minced American wagyu beef.

Wagyu Bun in 2025
The bun is nice and soft, and the meat inside is tender and juicy! It’s more of a plain dish, but it’s a great one for picky eaters.

Finally, you can get a returning favorite — the Sushi Doughnut! This is a doughnut-shaped sushi with salmon, tuna, shrimp, cucumber, and sesame seeds over a decorated plate of wasabi aïoli, sriracha aïoli, and eel sauce for $8.75.

Sushi Donut in 2025
This is an awesome dish for sushi lovers! You get a good portion of fish and rice, and the sauces really bring it to the next level.

As for drinks, there are a bunch of new options, including the Grapey Apple Boba (crafted black grape beverage with green apple popping boba for $6.75), the Sake Flight (peach, mango, and strawberry-flavored Nigori sake for $19.75), the Yuzu-Pineapple Punch (Shochu-based cocktail with refreshing yuzu and pineapple flavors for $8.75), and the Crooked Can Brewing Company Wasabi IPA, which is $5.75 for 6 oz. and $9.75 for 12 oz.
The returning drink is the Masu Sake served in a traditional personalized wooden cup for $14.
