One Deconstructed Dish Sure Seems Different at EPCOT’s 2026 Festival of the Arts
Calling all artists, performers, and visionaries!
It’s the very first day of the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts, MickeyBlog is LIVE in the park sharing all you need to know, and we’re so glad to have you join along with us!

Yes, today marks the start of Disney World’s annual celebration of all things artistic, taking place right here in EPCOT through February 23rd. From Broadway performances, unique shopping experiences, artist talks, and more, the park is going to be rich with activity all season long!

2026 Festival Passport
As with any EPCOT festival, the food is what gets guests coming back time and time again for more. The Festival of the Arts is no exception, and our reporters are delighted to be trying out some of the event’s unique snack offerings here today!

The Deconstructed Dish
Right now, we’re here in World Discovery, where The Deconstructed Dish menu has set our mouths watering.
This Food Studio is a favorite for guests year after year at the Festival of the Arts — so let’s go take a look, shall we?

Food Items
There are two food dishes available on the menu at The Deconstructed Dish this year!
The first is the Deconstructed BLT, which consists of pork belly, a soft-poached egg, onion bread pudding, watercress espuma, and tomato jam.
All served laid out “deconstructed”-style, this dish is sure to turn heads at the festival!

The second menu offering is actually a bit of a talking point at this year’s festival. It’s the Deconstructed Key Lime Pie!
Now, the official Disney Parks foodie guide for the festival marks this dish as “new” for 2026, long-time fans will be able to attest that we’ve certainly seen this — or something like it — before.
So, what’s new about it this year?

This “pie” consists of key lime curd, key lime gelee, toasted meringue, and graham cracker crumbs.
Waffle cone triangles on the side finish this dish, which sounds scoop-ably delicious!

Wondering what’s different? Well, here’s what the same menu item looked like in years’ past!

The Deconstructed Key Lime Pie from the 2025 EPCOT Festival of the Arts
How peculiar!
Anyway, our reporters gave this year’s version a try, and we’re so happy to share that they rated it a solid 10/10.
All elements of this deconstructed dish were delicious individually, but when scooped up together, it became truly glorious! The lime was tart but not too much so, and we thought we detected a faint yet beautiful cinnamon flavor coming from the meringue.
All in all, it was such a clever concept, and one we’ll certainly be coming back to try again!

Beverage Offerings
Want to treat yourself to a drink or two while you’re over here at World Discovery? Well, you’re in luck!
If it’s beer you’re after, the Wicked Weed Brewing Blank Canvas Wheat Ale is available here. However, if you want to keep on-theme, the Deconstructed Strawberry Mint Julep is what you need to go for!

This drink blends frozen mint with simple syrup and strawberry puree. It’s available as-is, or adult guests can order the drink spiked with Old Forester 86 Bourbon!
So Much to Enjoy at the Festival!
So, what do you think? Will you be checking out The Deconstructed Dish on your next visit to the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts?
