Why You Might Want to Check Your Order at The Artist’s Table This Year
Good morning, everybody, from the very first day of the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts!
To celebrate the start of this extra-creative event, our MickeyBlog artists will be in the park reporting LIVE all day. We’ll be sharing first looks at all the merchandise, treats, entertainment offerings, and creative displays available, and we’re so excited to have you join along with us!

The Artist’s Table
Right now, all this colorful commotion has got us feeling hungry, so we’ve headed over to the World Showcase to check out some of the festival’s Food Studios.
Here in The American Adventure Pavilion, The Artist’s Table looks like it’s serving up some rather enticing meals! Come check out the menu with us, and let’s see what we can try!

Food Items
The Artist’s Table features three food items on the menu, and each one is completely brand-new for this year’s event!

First up is the Steakhouse Lobster Caesar Salad. This colorful dish uses romaine and red oak lettuces, warmwater lobster, radish and herbed breadcrumbs, all drizzled in a house-made Caesar dressing. Yum!

Our reporters placed an order and received this colorful plate. We were surprised, though, as we found that the entire salad was chilled — including the lobster!
Although we would perhaps have preferred the meat grilled and warm, we can share that this dish was still approved by the team, who found the Caesar salad to be flavorful and delicious. The lobster had a great texture, and we loved the added crunch from the breadcrumbs and radishes!

The second dish is the Peppercorn-Crusted Striploin. This delicious-sounding steak comes teamed with grilled asparagus, potatoes au gratin, and au poivre butter.

Our reporters also wanted to try this dish…although when we first received the plate, we were a little confused.
For comparison, here’s the official plate photo shared by Disney…

…and here’s what we got:

Yep, the steak seemed especially rare to us, so we headed back to speak to a friendly Cast Member. He informed us that the striploin is meant to be served medium-rare; however, ours was certainly more on the blue-rare side!

On the second try, the steak came out perfectly.
So, if you’re planning on ordering this dish, we’d certainly recommend requesting your preferences before the meat gets fired!

Thankfully, the whole dish ended up being worth the kerfuffle, as our reporters found the finished meal to be absolutely delightful.
The steak was tender and tasty, and very well-seasoned too. The butter was rich and herby, but it was the sides that stole the show! Perfectly cooked asparagus and potatoes that are both crispy and soft…what more could we have asked for?

For dessert, it’s the Dark Chocolate Torte. This flourless chocolate cake comes with a side of raspberries and whipped cream, making it the perfect date-night treat!
We didn’t order this one today, but the official photo sure looks tasty!

Beverage Offerings
There are just two items on the drinks menu here at The Artist’s Table.
The first is the Playalinda Brewing Co. Old Fashioned Playa Ale, which is new to the festival for 2026.
It’s joining the Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon, which is also available here this year!
