Menu
Everything on the menu is new this year. Here is a look at the menu:

Food & Drinks
Let’s try some food! We started with the new Chapter 1: Beach Oysters for $7.99. This is grilled oysters, mustard seed-peppercorn sabayon, and creamed spinach.

These are so savory and delicious! They taste fresh and have a nice saltiness to them that’s balanced out by the spinach.

Next, we got the new Chapter 2: Plate of Impossible Bites. This is roasted turkey breast, onion and bacon custard tart, cherry gel, brown butter toast milk foam, and pineapple-toffee butter for $7.49.

What an interesting set of flavors all mixed together! The turkey breast was cooked perfectly and seasoned well — we really enjoyed it with the milk foam and the cherry gel.
The bacon and onion tart was slightly soggy on the bottom, but that’s okay! All the flavors in this entire dish surprisingly come together in a fun way, making this a super unique dish to try.

Finally, we got the new Chapter 3: Tea Treat. This is Twinings Earl Grey Tea Treat Chocolate Pot de Crème, lemon madeleine, rose and raspberry jam, and a tea biscuit crumble for $5.99.

The Early Grey tea is strong in this dessert, but it’s a perfect ode to Alice in Wonderland! The raspberry pairs great with the chocolate, and it really reminded us of drinking tea at a tea party.
This is one of our favorite desserts that we’ve had at a festival, and it’s super cute, too!

Also available here are some new drinks! You can get the new Upside Down Shake, which is yellow cake soft-serve featuring Twinings English Breakfast Tea for $5.29, or get the version with whipped cream vodka for $12.50.
You can also grab the Central 28 Beer Company Rose Garden Red Ale here. It’s $6 for 6 oz. and $9.75 for 12 oz.

Stay tuned for more Disney World news and updates!
