Lunar New Year Decor in DCA
This month, Disney California Adventure’s Lunar New Year festival will kick off, Sweetheart’s Nite will return to Disneyland Park, and more exciting offerings are hitting the resort.
But the excitement isn’t limited to just the parks. Let’s check out everything new in Downtown Disney this month!

Here are all the new offerings and events you can find around Downtown Disney!
Beignets Expressed
There are some exciting flavors at Beignets Expressed this month!
We’ll start with the Celebration “Joyful” Glazed Beignet, which honors the new year! It will be available until January 29th.

In celebration of another event, Mardi Gras, beignet-lovers can grab the Mardi Gras Parade Duo through February 17th!
The beignet duo includes:
- Bananas Foster Glazed Beignet: Banana rum, cinnamon-sugar, caramel, and vanilla bean creme anglaise sauce
- King Cake Glazed Beignet: Almond glaze with purple, green, and gold sugar
You can grab the duo for $10.99.
Black Tap Anaheim
Happy Hour has returned to the location, giving guests $8 shakes from 9PM to close, every Sunday through Thursday!
Happy Hour includes flavors like:
- Chocolate
- Vanilla
- Strawberry
- Nutella
- Peanut Butter
- Cookie
- Funfetti Cake Batter
- Oreo Cookie and Cream
- Brownie Batter
- Dulce de Leche

California Churro
The Oreo Cheesecake Churro has returned!
They’re rolled in crushed Oreo crumbs, dusted with powdered sugar, and drizzled with chocolate sauce. Yum!

Jazz Kitchen Coastal Grill
Celebrating dry January? You’re in luck–Jazz Kitchen has hand-crafted mocktails, non-alcoholic beer, and non-alcoholic wine!

The location is also hosting their second annual Flavors of Carnival event, February 15th through February 17th!
During those dates, diners can head to the location to try flavors from Tampa, Germany, and New Orleans!

Parkside Market
The Parkside Birder Club monthly mixology class is taking place on January 17th, and tickets are going fast!
The event allows guests to choose the new monthly cocktail by taste-testing 3 different options and voting for their favorite.

Guests will then learn how to make the winning cocktail, which will be featured on the Vista menu in February!
The ticket includes a welcome cocktail (December’s winner), 3 cocktails, ingredients for the winning cocktail, a $20 discount card, a Parkside Birder pin, a tiki glass, 1 Parkside Market coffee, and light brunch bites.
