YUM! Cathy’s Cookies Is Opening a Stand in Downtown Disney!

If you’ve been following along as we’ve ventured through the Disneyland Resort today, then you know we’ve been overwhelmed (in the best way, of course) with new arrivals. So far, we’ve checked out the Girls Crew Trunk Show, the Vintage Disneyland Popcorn Crossbody Bag, the Jiminy Cricket Sipper, the Pink Milk in Galaxy’s Edge, the Banh Mi Dog of the Month at the GCH Craftsman Grill, and the Infinity Cream Puffs at Terran Treats.
But we’re still not done. Let’s check out the exciting new update taking shape in Downtown Disney!
NEW Cathy’s Cookies Stand – Downtown Disney
COOKIES! Do we have your attention?
Good, because we have something exciting to show you! Cathy’s Cookies, known for their warm chocolate chip cookies, is opening up their own stand in Downtown Disney!

Their stand is being built next to Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs and California Churro.
They currently have a “Coming Soon” sign in place, with no opening date identified.

They sell various chocolate chip cookie offerings, including a bucket of cookies (about 36 fresh cookies), a sleeve of cookies (about 12-14 fresh cookies), a cookie sundae, and a bucket of cookie dough to go.
Of course, they also sell milk and other beverages to wash down their cookies!

All of the ovens and other cookie-baking necessities seem to be in place, so we’re assuming they’ll be opening up very soon!

If Cathy’s Cookies sounds familiar, it’s probably because they’ve previously hosted pop-up shops in the area.
But we’re glad they’re getting a permanent stand!
