The 25th anniversary of Disney California Adventure, Valentine’s Day, Mardi Gras, and Anaheim Ducks Day are just a few of the celebrations we’re looking forward to next month at the resort! And of course, there are plenty of ways to partake in the fun.

Flavors of Carnival – Jazz Kitchen Coastal Grill & Patio
Flavors of Carnival is back at the Jazz Kitchen Coastal Grill & Patio in Downtown Disney!
It will take place from February 15th through February 17th, 2026.

Flavors of Carnival honors Carnival traditions, with this year’s event focusing on flavors from Tampa, Germany, and New Orleans.
Along with their regular menu, Jazz Kitchen will be serving Po’boy sandwiches with a matching cocktail!

Here’s the Flavors of Carnival menu, inspired by Tampa, Germany, and New Orleans:
- New Orleans – Surf & Turf Po-Boy: Braised beef, fried Gulf shrimp, baby arugula, chow chow, horseradish aioli, and garlic-Parmesan fries
- Paired with the King Cake Martini: Pinnacle Cake Vodka, Buttershots Liquer, Half & Half, and cinnamon
- Germany – The Brat Po-Boy: Beer-braised bratwurst, sauerkraut, grilled French bread, Creole mustard, and German-style potato salad
- Paired with Gaffel Kölsch Beer
- Florida – Cubano: Roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, spicy pickles, Dijon pressed French bread, and Cuban black beans & rice
- Paired with the Brandy Milk Punch: Paul Masson VS Brandy, Half & Half, vanilla, and nutmeg
