Several Rides & a Restaurant Currently Closed for Refurbishment in Disney California Adventure Park
Disneyland Resort always has something new going on, whether it be some new menu items, merchandise, or construction. We try to keep up with everything happening so that you can stay in the loop for your next trip!
And right now, there are several things closed for refurbishment in Disney California Adventure Park. Let’s check them out.
Closures in Disney California Adventure Park
A few attractions and one restaurant are closed right now for refurbishment in DCA. First up, we have Grizzly River Run in Grizzly Peak, which is closed indefinitely for refurbishment.
This makes sense, since not many people want to go on a water ride in the winter. We’ll let you know when Disney announces a reopening date!
Next up is Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind in Pixar Pier. This ride will be closed from now until January 23rd. Note that the ride could open before that date, but that is the first date that is showing regular operating hours.

Also closed for refurbishment in Pixar Pier is The Incredicoaster. This ride begins showing hours again on February 6th, so you have to wait about a month before experiencing it again!
Finally, we have a restaurant closure — Smokejumpers Grill in Grizzly Peak is closed from now until January 10th, when it begins showing operating hours again. At least we don’t have to wait too long for that one!
