Disney Cruise Line Ends Walt Disney World Pre- and Post-Night Add-Ons Starting January 2026
Disney Cruise Line has just announced a big update for guests sailing in 2026.
Beginning January 2, 2026, DCL will no longer offer Walt Disney World pre- or post-night hotel stays or theme park tickets as add-ons to cruise reservations.

This update has just taken effect and may affect your cruise plans.
Guests with existing cruise bookings that already include pre- or post-nights at Walt Disney World will still have those reservations honored.
If you want to change the resort hotel, room category, or length of stay, the Walt Disney World portion must be canceled and rebooked separately through Disney Central or online.
The cruise reservation will remain intact, but the add-on will no longer be included in the cruise package.

Several options still remain available for Port Canaveral sailings, including:
- Ground transfers between a Walt Disney World Resort hotel and Port Canaveral can still be added to your cruise reservation.
- Pre- and post-night stays at the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport and the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront may also still be booked directly through Disney Cruise Line.
- Guests should also note that the Disney Cruise Line Vacation Protection Plan does not cover Walt Disney World hotel stays booked outside the cruise reservation.
