Please DO NOT Go To Disney Springs To Ring in the New Year
As the countdown to 2026 continues, thousands of guests are getting ready to ring in the new year at Walt Disney World.
While there is nothing like celebrating New Year’s Eve at The Most Magical Place on Earth, it is important to know what you are doing.

Once again this year, guests can ring in the new year at Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and EPCOT.
Plenty of Ways To Celebrate
All three parks will see the return of fan-favorite festivities, including Cheers to the New Year: A Sparkling Celebration at EPCOT, New Year Countdown Fireworks at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Fantasy in the Sky at Magic Kingdom.

Needless to say, all three parks offer a spectacular setting to celebrate.

With that being said, there is one place you should NOT go to celebrate New Year’s Eve at Walt Disney World.
Do Not Go to Disney Springs
I am, of course, talking about Disney Springs, which will once again be bereft of New Year’s celebrations this year.

Though it may sound counterintuitive, Disney Springs has always abstained from Disney World’s New Year’s fun.
This year, Disney Springs retail locations will close at 10:00 PM, while select restaurants and entertainment will operate until 11:30 PM.

There will, however, be no midnight fireworks or countdown to the new year.
So, if you want to celebrate the dawn of 2026 with thousands of your closest friends, DO NOT go to Disney Springs!
