Happily Ever After Returns to Magic Kingdom on January 1st
Nothing completes a Walt Disney World vacation like the iconic fireworks at Magic Kingdom, and a favorite nighttime spectacular is about to return.
Happily Ever After is officially back at Magic Kingdom beginning January 1, 2026, bringing fireworks, music, and castle projections together for a perfect way to end the day.

Happily Ever After in Magic Kingdom
“Happily Ever After” takes a small winter break for holiday-specific fireworks. Then “Fantasy in the Sky” kicks off New Year’s fun today and tomorrow. (If you are visiting Disney for New Year’s, check out this guide for all of the New Year’s Eve offerings!)
The show takes place in front of Cinderella Castle and runs about 18 minutes. Guests can expect sweeping fireworks, colorful sepcial effects, and large scale projections

The story celebrates your favorite Disney movie moments centered on hope, courage, and finding your own happy ending.
In addition, a soaring score featuring contemporary versions of beloved Disney songs creates the perfect whimisical vibes.

Happily Ever After Fireworks in Magic Kingdom
Happily Ever After begins at 9:00 PM with viewing available throughout the hub and along Main Street. We have a great list of the best places to watch the fireworks here.
