Orlando International Airport Reintroduces the Experience MCO Visitor Pass Program
Earlier today, we brought you the news that numerous airports across the United States have begun introducing “guest passes” to allow friends and family to accompany passengers to their gate.
For the first time since the September 11 attacks, non-fliers can now go through security and into airport terminals.

One of the airports reopening its terminals to non-passengers is Orlando International Airport (MCO), which announced the return of the Experience MCO Visitor Pass Program.
The Experience MCO Visitor Pass Program Returns
Once a popular program for those who wanted to visit MCO but were not flying, the Experience MCO Visitor Pass Program was paused to allow the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority time to assess the program’s operational feasibility and staffing requirements.

The Visitor Pass Program is now being relaunched.
“Orlando International Airport is pleased to welcome the return of non-ticketed guests to eat at our restaurants, explore our retail concessions, or simply spend quality time with a traveling loved one,” GOAA CEO Lance Lyttle said. “We thank our partners with the Transportation Security Administration for their assistance with the program’s re-implementation now in place across our entire campus.”
