Check Out the NEW Hangar 98 BBQ at Disney’s Castaway Cay!
Disney Cruises are a great way for you to experience some Disney magic while sailing the seas! There are a variety of different experiences that can take you everywhere from the Caribbean islands to the glaciers of Alaska.
We’re on the Disney Fantasy right now and had a stop at Disney’s Castaway Cay. There is a new dining spot on the island that we’re going to check out! Come along with us.

This new dining spot is located on Serenity Bay, AKA the adult beach area of Castaway Cay.
The number 98 is a nod to the year Disney Cruise Line began operating — 1998.
This spot serves the same food that was previously served in Serenity Bay; it has just been relocated inside the new Hangar building.
You can find some seating outside of the hangar!
Some of the food items include Beach BBQ Burgers, fish, BBQ ribs, rotisserie chicken, rice bowls, rib eye steak, and coconut pineapple upside-down cake.
The ribeye steaks are available to be grilled on request.

…as well as desserts.
We grabbed some food to try out — the chicken, ribs, seafood rice, mac and cheese, and grilled sweet corn salad.
Everything was really fresh and delicious. The seafood rice had a slight kick to it and included different types of seafood like octopus and scallops.
The macaroni and cheese was gooey and baked with some crunchy breadcrumbs on top.
We also tried the grilled sweet corn salad, which was served cold and was very fresh!
The ribs and chicken were both grilled excellently. The ribs had a tasty BBQ sauce on top.
