The dinner pairs multicourse Italian dishes with handcrafted mocktails created in collaboration with Aplós, a leader in nonalcoholic spirits.
Executive Chef Ben Dodaro and Aplós Liquid Creative Director Lynnette Marrero lead the evening with a menu of grilled shrimp, house-made pasta, citrus semifreddo, and botanical beverages mixed with juices, syrups, and sodas.
The combination features clean flavors, fresh ingredients, and thoughtful zero-proof pairings for guests observing Dry January or anyone looking for a unique culinary event at Disney Springs.
