Don’t Miss These New ‘Zootopia 2’ Easter Eggs At Shanghai Disney Resort
Have you heard the news? Zootopia 2 is out in theaters everywhere, and it is a HUGE hit! As part of the fun, Shanghai Disney Resort rolled out more than thirty new easter eggs across Zootopia to celebrate.
In a groundbreaking collaboration with Imagineering and Walt Disney Animation Studios, plenty of creativity flowed, and the land is filled with details from both films and the resort itself.
Marsh Market
Disney-Zootopia 2
Marsh Market is the first big update. The sequel introduced this semi-aquatic marketplace, and you will spot signs, weather billboards, and updated maps pointing to this new destination.
Zootopia: Hot Pursuit
Zootopia: Hot Pursuit’s queue also got new touches. Marsh Market now appears alongside Tundra Town, Sahara Square, Rainforest District, and Downtown Zootopia.
There is even a new official portrait of Mayor Winddancer, plus refreshed ZPD photos.
Disney
Judy’s desk holds heart-shaped sunglasses, classified snake notes, and a book on semi-aquatic mammals- all clues to her latest adventures.
Nick’s desk features a new shirt and tie, the key Nibbles crafted, and an updated photo of him and Judy.

Guests will also see a “Mammal” magazine featuring Mayor Winddancer and a water-saving reminder from a semi-aquatic friend.
Gary De’Snake
Disney-Zootopia 2
Stealing hearts and slithering into the resort, Gary De’Snake is making his mark! The marquee now includes reptile-print styling, and Gary appears throughout Disney Zootopia Comes Alive in the street-side windows.
Dr. Fuzzby
Dr. Fuzzby’s partner’s counseling room is now part of the skyline, too. Look above the Lemmings as they slide to work and you will spot his space overlooking the walkway.
A Few More…

Fans of the original land will notice a fun twist. Park-exclusive locations like the sheep barber shop and Zootopia Fitness now appear on screen in Zootopia 2. These locations were created for Shanghai before appearing in the movie.

Zootopia: Hot Pursuit also features a temporary update with Gazelle’s new song “Zoo” playing in the finale through January 27, 2026.
And lastly, Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde are meeting guests in their Zootennial Gala fashions for the first time at a Disney park. You can see the new looks at the Main Entrance Portal and in Mickey’s Storybook Express Parade through January 27, 2026.
