Disney and Central Pattana Are Teaming Up For Year-End Festivities in Thailand
The Walt Disney Company and Central Pattana plc, Thailand’s leading sustainable real estate developer, are collaborating on a year-end festival.
Titled The Magical Stars, the celebration will see four Disney-themed fairy tale kingdoms added to centralwOrld, a Central center.

The goal of the collaboration is to stimulate Thailand’s economy and tourism.
“Central Pattana is committed to helping boost Thailand’s economy and tourism during the festive season. Our goal this year is to let people truly feel the festive spirit through an immersive sensory-living experience that connects every sense,” Nattakit Tangpoonsinthana, Chief Marketing Officer for Central Pattana, told Thaiger.
‘The Magic Stars’
Kicking off on November 14, 2025, The Magical Stars will present the largest Disney experience in Asia, spanning over 3,5000 square miles.

In total, there will be seven immersive zones, including areas dedicated to Toy Story, Zootopia, Stitch, and Frozen. Additionally, there will be a grand Princess Castle where fans can also see statues dedicated to Aurora, Ariel, Belle, Rapunzel, Cinderella, and Elsa, as well as a special Hong Kong Disneyland 20th anniversary zone.
In Magic Town, guests will be able to explore a Mickey & Friends-themed area.

The festivities will also include a 5-meter Mickey in a limited-edition costume and a replica archway.

Finally, the fun will continue at 25 Central shopping centers, where visitors will be able to enjoy the Magic Town theme with Mickey & Friends.
The Magic Stars celebration will continue through January 11, 2026.
