Maestro Mickey’s Reopens With a New Mickey Mouse Revue Reference
If you have been reading along here at MickeyBlog, you know that the past couple of years have been a time of change at the Disney All-Star Resorts.
Over the past 18 months, we have watched as Disney meticulously refurbished Disney’s All-Star Movies, Music, and Sports, updating the resort lobbies for the first time in decades.

So far, we have seen Disney’s All-Star Movies debut a refreshed cafeteria, new murals debut at all three resorts, and Sport Goofy undergo a refurbishment.
Now, I am thrilled to report that another project has reached completion.
Maestro Mickey’s Has Reopened!
When we visited Disney’s All-Star Music Resort this afternoon, we were thrilled to see that Maestro Mickey’s has completely reopened.
As a quick recap, the store initially began renovations in August, with the expectation that things would wrap up in October.
While Maestro Mickey’s did not close during the renovations, much of the store was blocked off.
Now, the gift shop has reopened in all its glory!
Let’s take a closer look.
The Refurbished Store
Guests visiting Maestro Mickey’s are still greeted by the same marquee that they have come to know and love.
Inside, however, the store has been drastically altered, with the most noticeable change being the new wood flooring.
Previously, the store had a tile floor.
Overall, Maestro Mickey’s is much more open than it used to be.
A new musical note mural also lines the wall.
This matches the new lobby mural!
My favorite new addition to Maestro Mickey, however, is the Mickey Mouse Revue vignette.
The former Magic Kingdom attraction now lives on at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort.
If you look closely at the display, you can see sheet music for “When You Wish Upon a Star,” “Mickey Mouse March,” and “Whistle While You Work.”
A second vignette appears to depict Mickey’s dressing room.
Other musical props are scattered throughout the gift shop.
Finally, holiday décor has also gone up
All in all, the store looks amazing!
