‘Disney Cascade of Lights’ Will Introduce Cutting-Edge Water Drones

When Disney Adventure World debuts next year at Disneyland Paris, the park will be accompanied by a new nighttime spectacular — Disney Cascade of Lights.

Unfolding in Adventure Bay, the new show will transform the lake into a breathtaking stage where reflections, projections, and vistas tell an uplifting story of courage and destiny, unfolding before guests’ eyes.

Featuring dazzling fireworks, water screen projections, and drone displays, Disney Cascade of Lights will also feature fan-favorite Disney and Pixar heroes, including Moana, Hercules, Mulan, Carl, and Russell.

Dronisos’ Teases Next-Generation Drones

With just months to go until Disney Cascade of Lights debuts, Dronisos, the Official Technological Provider for Disneyland Paris, has revealed the first-of-their-kind drones that will help bring the show to life.

As reported by Booloop, Dronisos and Disneyland Paris have created a new generation of autonomous aquatic drones at Xlabs.

Developed over the past two years, the new drones autonomously float on the water. This breakthrough opens the door to a new era of creative and technical entertainment.

A First For Disney

The water drones will debut next year as part of Disney Cascade of Lights, marking the first time air and water drones have been used together at Disneyland Paris.
