New Dining Options Coming to Orlando International Airport
If you are flying into Orlando International Airport, you will notice some big changes.
MCO is preparing for a major expansion in food and retail with 13 new tenants for Terminals A and B. This is part of an ongoing plan to modernize more than 200,000 square feet of concession space.
New Dining and Retail
The new offerings were recently approved and include national favorites, regional newcomers, and Orlando-based restaurants, offering travelers more variety throughout the terminals.
The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority approved the second phase of the project during its Nov. 19 board meeting.

The new tenants signed 10-year leases totaling $5.9 million per year.
Travelers can indulge in Chick-fil-A, Shake Shack, Starbucks, Einstein Bros Bagels, and Panda Express.

The update also highlights local flavor, like Piggza, a pizzeria from Orlando’s Mills 50 district, and Bricks & Bowls, a homegrown concept that began as a delivery-only kitchen.
Several regional brands are coming soon, including Crisp & Green, Just Love Coffee Cafe, Naya Middle Eastern Counter & Grill, and Sambazon.

GOAA officials emphasized the goal of offering a balanced mix of local, regional, and national brands to meet today’s traveler expectations while supporting a range of business sizes.
Continued Expansion
This expansion builds on phase one, approved in December 2024, which introduced 40 new tenants to the North Terminal.
Construction is already underway, and the first openings are expected in summer 2026. Smokehouse, and Otto’s High Dive.
The concessions overhaul is one part of GOAA’s larger improvement plan.
As MCO continues to grow, these improvements aim to enhance the traveler experience while boosting opportunities for local businesses.
