PHOTOS: Christmas Comes to Disney’s BoardWalk Inn
With just eight days to go until Thanksgiving, your holiday season is rolling along at Walt Disney World.
If you have been reading along here at MickeyBlog, you know that we are reporting live from The Most Magical Place on Earth, bringing you updates on the festive fun taking place at various resorts across the property.

Earlier this afternoon, we shared a look at the holiday decorations that have gone up at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts.

Now, I want to hop on a Friendship boat and head over to Disney’s BoardWalk!
Christmas Decor Comes to Disney’s BoardWalk Resort
Guests checking in at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn are now greeted with festive garland.

Inside the resort lobby, numerous Christmas trees have also been installed.

The trees are trimmed with vintage ornaments, bows, and plenty of lights.

Unlike other resorts, there are numerous trees throughout the lobby.

They look amazing!

There is also plenty of garland scattered throughout the lobby. The strands are decorated with ornaments.

The Resort’s Gingerbread Display Has Arrived
In addition to the festive decor, the resort’s iconic gingerbread display is nearing completion.

Once again, the creation is designed to look like the BoardWalk Deli!

Through the window, guests can see Mickey and Minnie working in the kitchen.

The other pane features silhouettes of Donald, Daisy, Goofy, and Pluto.

The cuckoo clock in the center of the building works, and the Orange Bird pops out on the hour!

Finally, one side of the gingerbread house wishes guests “happy holidays.”

The other side has a Mickey wreath!

Here are the fun facts about the gingerbread house.

The Back Lawn Tree
Outside the BoardWalk lobby and overlooking Crescent Lake, another large Christmas tree can be found.

Located on the resort’s lawn, this tree is adorned with vintage ornaments.

There is also a white strand of garland.

The tree is topped off with a multicolored star!

What a great tree!
