PHOTOS: Christmas Comes To Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort and Island Tower
If you have been reading along here at MickeyBlog over the past couple of weeks, you know that it is beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Walt Disney World.
With the return of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party to Magic Kingdom and Jollywood Nights back at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, The Most Magical Place on Earth has transformed into a winter wonderland.

While much of our attention has been focused on the Disney Parks, I want to shift to Disney’s Polynesian Resort, which is now decked out for Christmas.
Christmas at Disney’s Polynesian Resort
When entering the Great Ceremonial House today, we were thrilled to see that Christmas was underway in the Polynesian.

Here is a closer look at some of the festive decor.

Inside the lobby, the Polynesian’s large Christmas tree has been installed.

As you can see, it is decorated with tropical ornaments and flowers.

Here is a closer look!

The tree is the perfect blend of classic Christmas and the spirit of Polynesia.

I love it so much!

Garland also hangs from the lobby’s ceiling.

Here is another look.

BouTiki and Trader Sam’s
Like the main lobby, BouTiki is also decked out for Christmas.

Large wreaths are scattered throughout the shop.

The store’s large tiki statues are also getting in on the fun.

I love these guys.

Over at Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto, a new zombie mug has debuted.

You can read more about that here.
Island Tower
After visiting Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, we headed over to Island Tower.

Once again, a large Christmas tree can be found in the lobby.

Manta rays, golden orbs, and flowers make up the tree’s decor.

Here is another look.

As you can see, the Island Tower tree is topped off with a large blue star!

There are also plenty of wreaths to be found!

As always, be sure to check back with MickeyBlog. We will continue to update you on all the festive fun taking place at Walt Disney World this holiday season!
