PHOTOS: We Met Santa at Disney Springs!
Ho, Ho, Ho! Here comes Santa Claus, and he’s checking to see if you have been naughty or nice this year.
Meeting Santa at Disney Springs is one of the most popular holiday experiences, and the virtual queue helps keep the process stress-free and easy.
Join us as we kick off the holidays and get our first glimpse of the Merry Man himself!
The Virtual Queue
The virtual queue makes this experience so much easier! You join the queue once you arrive at Disney Springs through the My Disney Experience App, and the app assigns your group number.
When your group is called, you simply head to Santa’s Marketplace for your visit.
The queue opens at set times each day and fills up fast. You must be physically present at Disney Springs to join, and the app confirms your location before even allowing you to enter.
There are multiple opportunities to enter the virtual queue throughout the day, including:
- 9:00 AM
- 11:00 AM
- 1:00 PM
- 3:00 PM
- 6:00 PM
After joining, you can explore, shop, or enjoy snacks – you don’t have to wait in a physical line until your return time.
You will receive a push notification when it’s time to line up, and the system updates in real time.
Santa’s Marketplace
Once our number was called, we headed straight over to Santa’s Marketplace. Santa’s Marketplace is located next to Disney’s Pin Traders and Earl of Sandwich.
It features a festive setup with themed décor and the chance to meet the Merry Man himself!
How cute are these stockings, and the nutcrackers are great!
The rooms are colorful and festive.
And there is merchandise along the way:
Everything from peppermint swirl ears to Santa hats to plush and more.
There is even a selection of Disney holiday gift cards!
We are getting closer! Families can take their own photos or utilize Memory Maker to snap the perfect holiday pics!

How festive and fun! Santa’s workshop is a colorful scene of decorations, presents, greenery, trees, and more.

What a special moment to experience this season.
Santa is now at Disney Springs from November 13 through December 24, 2025, when he will return to the North Pole to prepare for Christmas.
