Check Out All of the Characters We Saw on the Disney Destiny!
We had so much fun aboard the Disney Destiny! Disney invited us to check out their newest cruise ship, and we took you along with us to see all of the dining, entertainment, merchandise, and more.
And now, it’s time to see all of the characters we saw on the ship! Let’s go.
Characters on the Disney Destiny
The Disney Destiny has some fun characters you can meet aboard the ship! The star of the show is probably Hero Minnie, which is Minnie Mouse in her superhero costume!
She’s ready for an adventure.
We saw her up on the top deck of the ship, but we also saw her on the second floor of the Grand Hall!
We also met Goofy and Pluto!
They were meeting and greeting outside on one of the decks of the ship.
Back inside, we saw Maleficent!
She has a couple of different character experiences (which you can read more about right here). First, you can find her in the Grand Hall, when she makes an appearance on the balcony…
…or when she’s down on the main part of the hall taking photos with fans.
She also makes an appearance during Under Her Spell: A Maleficent Encounter at the Saga Entertainment lounge on Decks 4 & 5 of the ship.
At the end, you can take photos with her!
Looking for another villain? You can also see Loki on the ship!
The God of Mischief can be seen during ‘The Legend of Loki‘ in the Grand Hall. This is a short show where Loki attempts to take over the ship!
At the end, you can grab a photo with Loki!
We also ran into Captain Jack Sparrow on the ship!
He is as sassy as ever.
Dr. Facilier does some parlor tricks on the ship, which you are not allowed to film or photograph, but he sometimes does a meet and greet, too!
He’s got a spooky aura to him!
Over at De Vil’s Piano Lounge, we saw Cruella herself!
She came out during Treble Making with Cruella and even got on the Piano.
She also does a separate meet and greet on the ship!
She is a very fun character to meet!
You can also see Spider-Man in a few places on the ship! The first one is during Hero Moves with Spider-Man, which takes place in the Grand Hall.
It’s an interactive experience where heroes-in-training can learn Spidey’s signature moves, practice their skills, and help save the day alongside Spider-Man.
During the sail away of the ship, you get to see a bunch of friends! It starts off with Spider-Man descending onto the stage.

Then, Mickey and Friends come out in their cruise attire!
It’s a huge party and a very fun celebration.
We also have to note the Disney Destiny’s special storytellers, Zayah and Gamble! They come out on the ship at different points to introduce characters before their shows. We saw them before Loki…
…and over at De Vil’s!
At the end of our journey, we got to see Destiny Discovered, which is the farewell show on the ship. During this, Zayah and Gamble introduce a bunch of characters that you may have encountered during your cruise!
We got to see Mickey and Friends again…
…as well as Bruno, Mirabel, and Moana.
There were also appearances from Black Panther…
…Loki…
…and Cruella.
We had a great time seeing all of these characters on the ship and can’t wait to return! Stay tuned for more Disney news and updates.
