From the legendarily themed lounges to the world-class restaurants, along with the Broadway-caliber entertainment offerings and countless other surprises along the way, there’s no denying that the Disney Destiny is going to be an adventure for all who set sail.

But, did you know that the wonder of the ship can be seen even before you step aboard, with one of the liner’s many legends visible right here on its stern?

As fans of Disney Cruise Line will tell you, every ship in the fleet boasts a spectacular character scene portrayed on its stern, with a different Disney hero for each liner.

Back in April, we learned that Spider-Man would be the face of the Disney Destiny, a ship focused on telling the stories of iconic Disney and Marvel heroes. We’ve had a few sneak peeks of this epic figure in the lead-up to the Destiny’s maiden voyage, but now the time has finally arrived.

Don’t forget, this Spider-Man stern is just one of a whole host of Marvel-inspired wonders debuting here on the Disney Destiny.
These epic features include The Sanctum, a lounge inspired by Doctor Strange, and Saga, a Wakanda-inspired activity hub for families. Worlds of Marvel will be a Guardians of the Galaxy-themed dining experience, and young heroes-in-training can enjoy the Marvel Super Hero Academy kids club, too!
