FX Agrees to New Overall Deal With Noah Hawley; Renews ‘Alien Earth’ For a Second Season
After the wildly successful release of Alien Earth, Noah Hawley has signed a new overall deal with Disney Entertainment Television.
According to a Deadline report, Hawley’s new contract is valued in the nine figures.

“I learned first-hand that Noah was a unique talent while we worked on Fargo at FX.” Eric Schrier, President, Disney Television Studios & Global Original Television Strategy, said.

‘Alien: Earth’ Has Been Renewed For a Second Season
In conjunction with Hawley’s new deal, FX has announced that Alien Earth has been renewed for a second season.

Filming is expected to begin next year.

A Fruitful Partnership
Hawley’s partnership with FX began in 2014 with Fargo. He also created the popular Legion for the network.
