Disney Destiny at Port Canaveral
We were fortunate to be invited to a preview sailing of Disney Cruise Line’s newest heroes- and villains-themed ship, the Destiny, which sets sail on its maiden voyage next week, on November 20, 2025.
The newest addition to DCL features a Grand Hall design inspired by Black Panther, all-new entertainment like the new show Disney Hercules, a Pirates of the Caribbean-themed lounge, and lots more.

Welcome to the Destiny!
The Disney Destiny will be located year-round at Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, offering 4- and 5-night cruises to The Bahamas and Western Caribbean.
Every Disney Cruise Line vessel has a unique character-inspired image on the ship’s bow. With the Destiny’s heroes and villains theme, guests can catch a glimpse of Minnie Mouse striking a heroic pose on the bow as Hero Minnie!

The stern of the Destiny features a Marvel character for the first time in Disney Cruise Line history — Spider-Man! You can also see some of Spider-Man’s Spider-Bots helping him decorate the stern with a filigree design that serves as a reference to Spider-Man’s skills with a web.
