FIRST LOOK: Marvel Fans Will Not Want to Miss ‘The Legend of Loki’ Aboard the Disney Destiny
If you have been reading along here at MickeyBlog, then you know that today is a big day!
After months and months of following the development of the Disney Destiny, we are finally aboard the newest Disney Cruise Line vessel!
Throughout the afternoon, we have been reporting live from the Destiny, bringing you updates on everything that the ship has to offer.
So far, we have explored the Cask & Cannon, entered The Sanctum, and toured the staterooms. Still, we are just getting started!
Now, I want to turn your attention back to the Grand Hall, where we got a preview of one of the Disney Destiny’s premiere entertainment offerings!
‘The Legend of Loki’
The god of mischief himself made an appearance in the Disney Destiny’s Grand Hall this afternoon for The Legend of Loki!
The Destiny-exclusive show sees Loki attempt to clear his name with the mortals of Midgard by declaring himself ruler of the Disney Destiny.
As Loki continues to boast of his glorious purpose, the Asgardian provides a “dubious retelling” of a classic story.
In the new show, Loki is joined by Zaya and Gamble, two traveling storytellers who sail aboard the Disney Destiny.
Their enchanted trunk reacts to the powerful energy and magic of classic Disney villains!
The duo was a hit!
Passengers Become Part of the Show
While watching Loki’s performance, Disney Destiny passengers may be put in the middle of the action.
Never one to hide his ego, the God of Mischief asks audience members to prove their adoration of him or explain the strange rituals of ocean cruising.
You never know what he will do next!
Needless to say, The Legend of Loki is a show you will not want to miss.
