REVIEW: Jolly Gingerbread Mini Churros Debut at Disney Jollywood Nights
Disney Jollywood Nights may be themed around classic Hollywood glam and sophisticated sparkle — but that doesn’t mean there isn’t room for an inventive seasonal snack or two!
We’re here at Disney’s Hollywood Studios for the very first Jollywood Night of 2025, and we’re ready to enjoy all the park has to offer throughout this most merry occasion.
Right now, we’re feeling a bit snackish, and this next stop has had us intrigued ever since the event’s official foodie guide came out last month.

Jolly Gingerbread Mini Churros
Ok, we’ve pulled up to Ice Cold Hydraulics, and we’re in the mood for something sweet and seasonal!
Thankfully, there’s a brand-new treat available on the menu here tonight, and it sounds like it’ll hit just the spot! Exclusively created for Jollywood Nights, it’s the Jolly Gingerbread Mini Churros!
Inventive and unique, these miniature churros are flavored with sweet and spicy gingerbread and served drizzled with delicious chocolate-hazelnut sauce. There are holiday sprinkles dotted on top for extra festivity, and the whole dish smells simply unmissable this evening!
Of course, we had to place an order… so let’s give them a try!
