Walt Disney World Wait Times for Halloween Week 2025
Walt Disney World was the best of times and worst of times this past week.
Fans relished Halloween at the Most Magical Place on Earth.

Sadly, all good things must come to an end, though…but not at Disney!
With Halloween having come and gone, the parks immediately started a different celebration.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Disney, but that’s a story for next week.
Right now, we’re concerned with how big the crowds were last week.

So, here are Walt Disney World’s wait times for Halloween Week 2025.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Main Street, U.S.A.
In case you missed last week’s wait times article, Disney World attendance fell a lot.
From October 12th through October 18th, wait times were noticeably higher than from October 19th through October 25nd.

Tree of Life
Now, we’re evaluating the crowds from October 26th through November 1st.
Importantly, those were the final dates for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

Halloween time in Magic Kingdom
Even when guests weren’t attending the event, they still should have wanted to be at Disney.
I mean, we had reservations for Halloween, and I regret that we had to cancel.

Animal Kingdom
So, I would expect big crowds at the various parks, as has been historically true at this time of year.
Did that happen? Here are Animal Kingdom’s average wait times last week:

Photo: Disney
- Avatar Flight of Passage – 48 minutes, down 6
- Na’vi River Journey – 42 minutes, down 5
- Adventurers Outpost – 32 minutes, up 1
- Expedition Everest – 28 minutes, up 2
- Kilimanjaro Safaris – 24 minutes, down 3
- DINOSAUR – 17 minutes, up 2

Expedition Everest
Overall, guests at Animal Kingdom stood in line for an average of 32 minutes.
That’s one minute less than last time, which was already quite low.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Holiday Decorations – Hollywood Studios
I’ll keep driving this point home because it matters so much.
Hollywood Studios will remain in flux for the next nine months or so.

Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy
In fact, the situation will get worse before it gets better, as one ride will close in a couple of months.
Once Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster shuts down for its Muppets conversion, Hollywood Studios will be operating at low tide.

Even then, I expect the park’s wait times to remain relatively high. That’s a “not yet” problem, though.
So, here are the park’s average wait times for last week:

Millennium Falcon
- Slinky Dog Dash – 61 minutes, down 3
- Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance – 59 minutes, up 6
- Toy Story Mania! – 44 minutes, no change
- Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith – 43 minutes, no change
- Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway – 42 minutes, down 2
- Twilight Zone Tower of Terror – 39 minutes, up 4
- Red Carpet Dreams – 34 minutes, no change

- Alien Swirling Saucers – 25 minutes, down 2
- Celebrity Spotlight – 15 minutes, down 1
- Star Tours – The Adventures Continue! – 9 minutes, down 2

Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway
Overall, the average Hollywood Studios attraction required a wait of 36 minutes.
That’s also one minute less than last time. So, we’re trending in line with the previous week, albeit slightly downward.
EPCOT
Spaceship Earth
At EPCOT, Disney has announced a couple of impending changes plus one that just happened.
Spaceship Earth has reopened, which impacts wait times across the board at this park.

That’s one of the park’s signature attractions as well as a throughput machine.
So, Spaceship Earth siphons plenty of traffic off the streets and onto the ride.

For this reason, I wouldn’t be surprised if EPCOT’s wait times leveled off or dropped a bit now.
Did that happen? Let’s find out. Here are EPCOT’s average wait times last week.

Frozen Ever After
- Test Track – 69 minutes, up 1
- Guardians of the Galaxy – Cosmic Rewind – 61 minutes, down 6
- Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure – 50 minutes, up 2

- The Seas with Nemo & Friends – 13 minutes, down 2
- Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros – 10 minutes, no change
- Journey into Imagination with Figment – 10 minutes, down 2

Overall, EPCOT attractions averaged a wait of 30 minutes, which is two minutes less than last time.

Final Thoughts

Main Street, U.S.A.
Overall, everybody at Magic Kingdom waited for an average of 23 minutes per attraction.
That’s two minutes less than last time and indicative of a VERY slow week at Magic Kingdom.

To a larger point, Walt Disney World experienced a downturn during the final two weeks of October.
Since that’s one of the best times to visit Disney each year, the data is rather surprising.

Will things turn around during the first week of November as the holiday decorations arrive?
Tune in next week to find out. Right now, something strange does appear to be happening, though.
