‘Tis the Season for Holiday Fun on ABC
It is time to Deck the Halls and get ready for the most festive lineup of the year! ABC has announced its 2025 holiday programming, and it is packed with specials, movies, and returning favorites.
Grab the family, cozy up, and let’s check out this year’s holiday lineup on ABC!
New Specials and Events

ABC rings in the season with Dancing with the Holidays. This new special features festive dance numbers, musical performances, and greetings from your favorite stars.
It joins a fun lineup including CMA Country Christmas, The Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular, and The Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade. There is also HeartRadio Jingle Ball 2025, Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest, and the 2025 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony.
Returning favorites include The Great Christmas Light Fight and holiday episodes of popular ABC series. And Kevin Costner Presents: The First Christmas also debuts!
Fans can enjoy classic films like The Sound of Music, Home Alone, and The Santa Clause before catching the broadcast debut of Prep & Landing: The Snowball Protocol.
NBA
Get ready, Sports fans! You can look forward to five NBA games on Christmas Day and a special Inside the NBA from 7:30–8 p.m. ET.
