Once again, Disney is using a virtual queue for the previews. Here is how the process works.
The Virtual Queue Opened at 7 AM
The first preview queue opened this morning at 7 AM for Passholders who had an Animal Kingdom theme park reservation.

All Passholders had to do was join the queue and confirm their party in the My Disney Experience app.

From there, the virtual queue takes over, alerting you when it is your turn to experience Zootopia: Better Zoogether!

Interestingly, the morning virtual queue was still available at 8:15 AM, roughly an hour and fifteen minutes after it opened.

More Opportunities Will Be Forthcoming
Annual Passholders who did not join the morning queue will have another opportunity at 1:00 PM. For the afternoon virtual queue, you do not need an Animal Kingdom reservation.

So, if you are a Passholder, don’t miss this opportunity to get a sneak preview of Zootopia: Better Zoogether!
