FIRST LOOK at the ‘Zootopia’ Meet and Greet Coming to Disney’s Animal Kingdom
If you have been reading along here at MickeyBlog this week, you know that we are eagerly awaiting the debut of Zootopia: Better Zoogether! at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Set to officially debut in the Tree of Life Theater on Friday, Better: Zoogether! reunites audiences with Nick Wilde, Judy Hopps, and all their furry friends for a 4D Zoogether Day celebration.
Just a few days ago, we got the chance to preview Better Zoogether! and thoroughly enjoyed the attraction.

Now, however, I want to turn your attention to the other big Zootopia debut on the horizon.
The Zoogether Day Gathering Spot
In conjunction with the opening of Zootopia: Better Zoogether!, Disney’s Animal Kingdom is preparing to debut a new Zootopia meet and greet area, where guests can catch up with Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps.

The Zootopia Day Gathering Spot will be found on Discovery Island, where the old Wilderness Explorers Clubhouse was located.
“It’s time to meet up for the Zoogether Day celebrations, so head on down to the Zoogether Day Gathering Spot! Guests can now meet ZPD’s finest, Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde, at this new character greeting location at Discovery Island in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park.”
With just days to go until the Zootopia Day Gather Sport officially opens, we finally have our first look at the area.
