TWO New ‘Toy Story 5’ Characters Have Been Revealed
31 years after audiences were first introduced to Woody, Buzz, Rex, and the rest of Andy’s toys, the gang is set to return to theaters next year for Toy Story 5.
Originally announced at last year’s D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, the fifth installment in the Toy Story franchise will reunite Woody with his friends as they face off against their biggest challenge yet.
“Woody, Buzz, Jessie, and the rest of the gang’s jobs get exponentially harder when they go head to head with an all-new threat to playtime: technology,” the film’s synopsis reads.

In the lead-up to the release of Toy Story 5, it has become evident that the franchise’s biggest stars, including Woody, Buzz, Jesse, Bullseye, Rex, Hamm, Slinky, and Forky, will all return for the next adventure.

Additionally, Anna Faris has joined the cast as Lilypad, while Conan O’Brien will voice Smarty Pants.

Now, however, we have finally gotten a look at two more of the new characters debuting in the film.
Introducing Atlas and Snappy
As shared by X user Opposing Horse, new Toy Story 5 tee shirts have given us a preview of Atlas (the “chatty hippo”) and Snappy (the “cutest camera”).

As you can see, Conan O’Brien’s Smarty Pants is also heavily featured in the artwork.

Jesse Will Star in ‘Toy Story 5’
While we will have to wait and see how the new characters factor into Toy Story 5‘s plot, we do know that Jesse will take center stage in the film.

“It’s all about Jesse, which is really cool. She’s in trouble, and she needs help. We’re all over, so she has to gather everybody.”
