Disney World Announces WHEN the First Holiday Decorations Will Arrive
While the rest of the country is counting down the hours until Halloween, stocking up on candy, and getting in their last fall festivities, Walt Disney World is already starting to look ahead to the holiday season!
Over the last several weeks, we have been bringing you updates on all the festive fun taking place at The Most Magical Place on Earth, as Santa has brought Disney’s holiday merchandise earlier this year.

Although Disney World’s stores are getting into the Christmas spirit, the rest of the resort is still firmly set in spooky season.

That, however, will soon change.
Christmas Is Coming
Today, Disney Parks announced that holiday decor will start arriving at Walt Disney World on November 2.

Specifically, Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios should be the first parks to start decking their halls.

As crazy as it sounds, we are just nine days away from the first Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party of 2025 and only ten days from the start of Disney Jollywood Nights.
A Quick Turnaround
With Halloween still two days away, Disney World does not have much turnaround time.

Just one week after the holiday decor begins to arrive, both Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom need to be transformed into winter wonderlands.
Additionally, we should see construction start on the resort’s various gingerbread displays!
