‘Only Murders in the Building’ Has Officially Been Renewed For Season 6
Only Murders in the Building fans finally got the news they have been waiting for, as Hulu has announced that the beloved comedy will return for Season 6.
The last time we saw Charles (Steve Martin), Oliver Putnam (Martin Short), and Mabel (Selena Gomez), they had solved the murder of their beloved doorman, Lester.

“After their beloved doorman, Lester (Teddy Coluca), dies under suspicious circumstances, Charles, Oliver and Mabel refuse to believe it was an accident. Their investigation plunges them into the shadowy corners of New York and beyond — where the trio uncovers a dangerous web of secrets connecting powerful billionaires, old-school mobsters and the mysterious residents of the Arconia,” the Season 5 synopsis explained.

“The trio discovers a deeper divide between their storied city they thought they knew and the new New York evolving around them — one where the old mob fights to hold on as newer, even more dangerous players emerge.”
Off To London
Just when it seemed like the trio was done with murder, they found the body of Cinda (Tina Fey) outside of the Arconia.
As first reported by Deadline, Season 6 of Only Murders in the Building is expected to see Charles, Oliver, and Mabel head overseas to London, presumably in their quest to solve Cinda’s murder.

“‘Only Murders In the Building’ appears Europe-bound, with its Season 6 location believed to be London. The likely transatlantic move may be hinted at in the Season 5 finale. Which debuts Tuesday on Hulu,” Deadline’s Nellie Andreeva explains.
When Will the Show Return?
While Hulu has not announced when Season 6 of Only Murders in the Building will premiere, if the past is any indication, the series will return in the late summer or early fall of 2026.
