Walt Disney World Wait Times for Third Week of October 2025
Halloween Week has arrived, which means you’re about to see a LOT of KPop Demon Hunters.
You may even spot a few Saja Boys out in the wild, although I hear they’re extinct.

Most importantly, we’re all about to go on the kind of sugar rush that would make Vanellope von Schweetz jealous.
This is a great week for society, and I’ve got the 100 Grand Bars to prove it.

Halloween time
At Disney, fans have been eating Halloween candy since August, but it’s still go-time this week.
After now, we’ll have to wait ten months for the next Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

That’s a horrible thought, isn’t it? At least the Christmas season starts immediately afterward at Disney.
Anyway, here are Walt Disney World’s wait times for the fourth week of October 2025.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Tree of Life
In a matter of days, Animal Kingdom will add holiday touches like the Merry Menagerie.
Right now, there’s not much happening at the park, though. So, it’s business as usual.

Animal Kingdom
Here are Animal Kingdom’s average wait times last week:
- Avatar Flight of Passage – 54 minutes, down 18
- Na’vi River Journey – 47 minutes, down 10
- Adventurers Outpost – 31 minutes, down 4
- Kilimanjaro Safaris – 27 minutes, down 11
- Expedition Everest – 26 minutes, down 10
- DINOSAUR – 15 minutes, down 8

Expedition Everest
Overall, guests stood in line for an average of 33 minutes per attraction.
That’s ten minutes less than last time and not the least bit surprising.

Tropical Americas signage
With Animal Kingdom undergoing significant changes, fans aren’t prioritizing this park.
Animal Kingdom’s attendance actually increased slightly in 2024.

However, should trends continue for the rest of this year, I suspect it may decline.
Similarly, attendance may struggle a bit in 2026 as everyone awaits the Tropical Americas.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Muppets Courtyard
Similarly, most of the big changes at Hollywood Studios have already happened this year.
With Animation Courtyard and Muppets Courtyard closed, the park is down some attractions.

Since those weren’t particularly popular ones, the impact is theoretically minimal, though.
Still, park crowds tend to creep up in mid-October and beyond as the end of the year approaches.

Millennium Falcon
People want to spend the holidays at Disney World, especially Halloween and Christmas.
Keeping that in mind, here are the average wait times at Hollywood Studios last week:

Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway
- Slinky Dog Dash – 64 minutes, down 19
- Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance – 53 minutes, down 24
- Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway – 44 minutes, down 13
- Toy Story Mania! – 44 minutes, down 13
- Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith – 43 minutes, down 15
- Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run – 36 minutes, down 24
- Twilight Zone Tower of Terror – 35 minutes, down 16
- Red Carpet Dreams – 34 minutes, down 4
- Alien Swirling Saucers – 27 minutes, down 11
- Celebrity Spotlight – 16 minutes, down 4
- Star Tours – The Adventures Continue! – 11 minutes, down 4

Overall, the average Hollywood Studios attraction required a wait of 37 minutes.
That’s a whopping 12 minutes less than last time, which suggests a VERY slow week at Disney World.
EPCOT

At EPCOT, we still have another few weeks of the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival.
Other than that, the big news remains the recent addition of Test Track and the reopening of Spaceship Earth.
Spaceship Earth
Technically, the latter ride didn’t return until Saturday, at least not officially.
However, Disney conditionally reopened it throughout the week. So, this is seven days’ worth of data.

Frozen Ever After
To a larger point, EPCOT should define normalcy at Disney World for the next two years.
The only big impending change is the arrival of Soarin’ Across America.

Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure
So, EPCOT should demonstrate consistency from now through next summer, when that ride debuts.
Here are the park’s average wait times last week:

Test Track 3.0
- Test Track – 68 minutes, down 22
- Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind – 67 minutes, down 19
- Frozen Ever After – 50 minutes, down 13
- Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure – 48 minutes, down 19
- Royal Sommerhus – 39 minutes, down 7
- Mission: SPACE – 31 minutes, down 9
- Soarin’ Around the World – 30 minutes, down 14
- Spaceship Earth – 26 minutes, n/a
- Meet Mickey & Friends – 18 minutes, down 6
- Turtle Talk with Crush – 18 minutes, down 1
- Living with the Land – 16 minutes, down 6
- The Seas with Nemo & Friends – 15 minutes, down 10
- Journey into Imagination with Figment – 12 minutes, down 8
- Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros – 10 minutes, down 4

Overall, this park’s attractions averaged a wait of 32 minutes.
That’s down 11 minutes from last time, which makes Disney parks three for three on drops of 10+ minutes.
Magic Kingdom

Fall in Magic Kingdom
Finally, here are Magic Kingdom’s average wait times last week:
- TRON Lightcycle / Run – 59 minutes, down 15
- Seven Dwarfs Mine Train – 51 minutes, down 8
- Peter Pan’s Flight – 45 minutes, down 6
- Jungle Cruise – 43 minutes, down 7
- Tiana’s Bayou Adventure – 41 minutes, down 6
- Haunted Mansion – 35 minutes, down 8
- The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh – 35 minutes, down 4
- Space Mountain – 33 minutes, down 14
- Pete’s Silly Sideshow – 30 minutes, down 4
- Princess Fairytale Hall – 30 minutes, down 5
- Ariel’s Grotto – 27 minutes, down 3
- Town Square Theater – 26 minutes, down 1
- Pirates of the Caribbean – 25 minutes, down 6
- Walt Disney World Railroad – 24 minutes, down 2

- Mad Tea Party – 12 minutes, down 6
- Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover – 12 minutes, down 3
- Prince Charming Regal Carrousel – 10 minutes, down 2
- Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress – 5 minutes, no change
Final Thoughts

Magic Kingdom
Overall, Magic Kingdom guests waited for an average of 25 minutes per attraction.
That’s six minutes less than last time, which isn’t as bad as the other three parks.

Halloween Balloons
Still, that is a VERY low number for Magic Kingdom, whose sheer number of attractions should prevent this from happening.
We have tracked lower wait times than 25 minutes, but it’s rare for October, to be sure.

So, this looks like a simple case of low Disney World attendance for the week.
And that knowledge makes me deeply regret that we canceled the trip we’d planned for arrival today.

We could have had Disney World to ourselves!
