Storyliving By Disney Announces First Tenants of Cotino Bay Beach, Dining & Shops
A new chapter in Disney history is currently being written in California, where Cotino, a Storyliving by Disney Community, will soon open.
Drawing inspiration from the Coachella Valley’s rich history and vibrant landscape, Cotino was master-planned by Disney, designed by Walt Disney Imagineering, and will be operated by Disney Cast Members. In essence, residents will have the opportunity to experience everyday life surrounded by Disney magic.

Cotino Bay Beach, Dining and Shops
Early this morning, Cotino, a Storyliving by Disney Community announced the shops and restaurants that will make up Cotino Bay Beach, Dining and Shops.

Located off Monterrey Avenue between Gerald Ford and Frank Sinatra Drives, the area will offer premiere dining and shopping experiences from local and national brands.
“Our vision for Cotino Bay Beach, Dining and Shops goes beyond a new development – we’re creating a vibrant new destination the entire region can enjoy,” said Claire Bilby, senior vice president and general manager of Disney Signature Experiences Emerging Businesses. “This curated mix of shopping and dining paired with the must-visit appeal of Cotino Bay Beach really enhances the community lifestyle here by creating new opportunities for residents and visitors to experience the magic of the Cotino community.”

Here is what residents, and visitors will have to look forward to.
Elevare
Guests visiting Cotino Bay Beach, Dining and Shops will be able to enjoy the refined American cuisine of Elevare.
There, diners can indulge in a menu inspired by California’s vibrant food scene at a waterfront restaurant that will include a “warm, lively dining room with an expansive terrace offering unmatched views of Cotino Bay and the surrounding San Jacinto Mountains.”
New restaurant Elevare will be among first tenants at Cotino Bay Beach, Dining and Shops when it opens in fall 2026.
The new restaurant will be created by Oak View Group and designed by Ignisio Studios.
Artigiano
Canadian-based specialty coffee shop Artigiano will open its first U.S. location at Cotino.

A pioneer of Canada’s coffee culture, Artigiano will now bring its signature 100 percent Arabica blends, thoughtfully sourced organic ingredients, and European-inspire atmosphere to a 3,000-square-foot space in the Rancho Mirage community.
On the Mark Fine Foods & Provisions
Also coming to Cotino Bay Beach, Dining and Shops is On the Mark Fine Foods & Provisions, the beloved Palm Springs specialty market.

There, visitors will be able to shop a curated selection of artisan goods, premium meats and cheeses, made-to-order sandwiches, wines, unique craft beers and more.
Khaga Yoga
Finally, Khaga Yoga will be welcoming students of all levels to its yoga sanctuary.

“From traditional disciplines to contemporary styles, the studio’s talented teaching team will deliver a diverse range of classes designed to support each individual’s journey toward health and well-being,” the studio teases.
Cotino Bay Beach, Dining and Shops will open to the public in the fall of 2026.
