Step Inside The Incredibles’ Parr House at Disney’s Cotino Community
New photos and a first look! Disney has officially brought The Incredibles 2 house to life, and fans can now take a first look inside.

The Parr House is part of Disney’s Cotino community in Rancho Mirage, California.
It perfectly blends Pixar storytelling with mid-century modern design to create what Imagineering calls “a story you can step into.”

“Parr House is so much more than just a beautiful space — it’s a story you can step into,” Walt Disney Imagineering Executive Creative Director Caroline Boone shared.
Modeled after the family’s home from The Incredibles 2, the new residence captures the sleek architecture and warm retro vibe fans loved in the film.

Imagineers studied the original concept art from The Incredibles to incorporate its cinematic details into the home.
“The house honors both the artistry of Pixar and the architectural legacy of Palm Springs,” Boone adds. “By infusing narrative into design, we’ve curated a truly unique experience that reflects the placemaking and attention to detail at the heart of Cotino, and the magic of Disney.”

The Parr House overlooks Cotino Bay, where guests will soon enjoy waterfront dining, shops, recreation, and more.
There is also Cotino Beach Bay/ This multi-use space serves as part of Cotino’s voluntary Artisan Club membership organization with a restaurant, pool, pickleball and tennis courts, and waterfront bar and activity area.

The full community will open in 2026 and eventually include about 1,900 residences, with a design and lifestyle that brings Disney’s signature storytelling to life.
