Goofy Meet & Greet Moved in Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Visiting Disney World gives you the incredible opportunity to meet some of your favorite characters in real life! From the Disney Princesses to Mickey and Friends, there are so many characters to see and meet.
Those character meet and greets do change from time to time in the parks, though! And, we just saw one change in Animal Kingdom.
Goofy Meet & Greet Moved in Animal Kingdom
The Goofy meet and greet has once again been moved in Animal Kingdom. This version of Goofy has him in his birdwatching gear!
Goofy originally met like this over in DinoLand, but since that area is currently being transformed into the Tropical Americas, he was moved to Harambe Station earlier this year.
But today, he was meeting and greeting right next to Harambe Market.
On the My Disney Experience app, it still says Goofy is meeting at Harambe Station near the Wildlife Express Train. We’re not sure if the app just hasn’t been updated yet or if this is just meant to be a temporary change.
But, just know that where the app shows Goofy meeting right now on the My Disney Experience app is wrong. He is next to Harambe Market!
This is the only spot you can see Goofy in his birdwatching gear, so he’s a fun one to take a picture with.
And, it’s particularly on theme for this park!
