Morimoto Asia Is Celebrating Its 10th Anniversary With the ‘Passport to Morimoto Asia’ Program
For 10 years now, Morimoto Asia has been serving up an eclectic mix of Asian cuisines at Disney Springs.
Initially opening on September 30, 2015, in The Landing, the restaurant quickly became a fan-favorite dining location.
With its two-story interior, glass-encased “food theater” kitchen, open terraces, and second-level sushi bar and lounge, Morimoto Asia has become an integral part of the Disney Springs experience.
Now, the restaurant is getting ready to celebrate.
Introducing ‘Passport to Morimoto Asia’
To commemorate their big anniversary, Morimoto Asia has launched its yearlong Passport to Morimoto Asia celebration.

Each month over the next year, guests will have the opportunity to experience a different country’s signature dish and cocktail.
Along the way, guests will receive a custom-designed passport to collect stamps as they sample the new flavors.

Guests who collect all 24 stamps will win a getaway to Boston, including two tickets for an event at company-owned-and-operated TD Garden, dinner for two, and a complimentary hotel stay.
Guests who collect 12 stamps will be invited to an exclusive reception at Morimoto Asia, hosted by Chef Morimoto himself.
“We are very excited to launch Passport to Morimoto Asia, a program designed to thank our dedicated guests who have embraced us over the past decade,” said Paul Snyder, general manager of Morimoto Asia.

The Fun Kicks Off This Month
The first diners to receive a passport were attendees of Morimoto Asia’s anniversary event on September 14.
They will be distributed to all diners beginning this month.
