Sangria University is Moving to Toledo at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
Get ready to sip, swirl, and learn all about this iconic cocktail. Beginning December 13, 2025, Sangria University moves to Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood inside Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
This popular experience blends storytelling, mixology, and the art of creating the perfect sangria in a vibrant backdrop that fans will love.

Explore the vibrant flavors and history of this Spanish favorite during a two-hour afternoon course.
Led by Disney’s expert team, guests will sample four in-house sangrias from Three Bridges Bar and Grill and enjoy a light appetizer pairing.

Here is the best part! The session ends with each guest crafting their own custom sangria using fresh fruits and base spirits.
The Need to Know
The classes take place for Guests 21+ on Saturdays and Sundays and are about two hours long.
