Fall is here, and the holidays are just around the corner.

This delicious special event has been so popular that they are back for more, and The Edison just released a whole new lineup.
Think great cocktails, a 3-course menu, and a chill ambiance. It is the perfect way to sip, savor, and unwind at Disney Springs.
New Mixology Dates
The Edison
November 15: Daiquiri Core Cocktail
Inspired by the book “Cocktail Codex” written by the owners of renowned cocktail bar Death & Co, this class focuses on the classic daiquiri and its distant relatives.
November 22: A Trip on the Arethusa
This special-guest-led whiskey tasting refers to Arethusa, the infamous bootlegging ship owned by Bill McCoy during prohibition.
December 13: Christmas Around the Corner
These Christmas-themed cocktails make sure everyone leaves jolly and full of cheer!

January 10: That Extra Buzz
Learn the art of mixing coffee-forward cocktails that balance rich flavor, smooth spirits, and a touch of creativity.
January 24: Premium Bourbons ($200)
Taste your way through Old Rip Van Winkle, Blanton’s, and more in a top-shelf bourbon class led by a special guest from the Sazerac House.
February 14: But First, Dessert
An evening of sweet indulgence exploring dessert cocktails, after-dinner drinks, elegant nightcaps, and other lovely libations.

Events are held on select Saturdays from 1pm-3pm.
Tickets are $100 (plus tax and fees) and have limited availability, so reserve your spot as soon as possible. The events will quickly sell out!
