New Concept Art Added to Walls Around Animation Courtyard in Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Disney’s Hollywood Studios is undergoing some big transformations right now! Muppets Courtyard is being turned into a land themed to Monsters, Inc., character meet and greets are being moved around, and we’ll soon see the re-theming of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster to The Muppets.

Animation Courtyard is also currently under major construction, and we just saw a small change to the area!
New Concept Art Added in Hollywood Studios
New concept art posters have been added to the construction walls around Animation Courtyard in Hollywood Studios.
These walls are up right now as the former Animation Courtyard is transformed into an area inspired by the Walt Disney Animation Studios in Burbank, California. The Magic of Disney Animation is a new experience that will take over where Star Wars: Launch Bay was previously.
The area shut down at the end of September, and the new experience will open in 2026.
We also noticed that the logo for The Magic of Disney Animation has been updated on the walls! It’s a small change, but it is new compared to the previously released posters — here is the original poster…

The Hollywood Studios archway over here is going to be demolished soon in this area. These construction walls were recently expanded to accommodate the upcoming demolition.
This new area will have a building reminiscent of the iconic Roy E. Disney Animation Building. And, it will be topped with Sorcerer Mickey hat, as you can see in the posters that were just added.
